AdvanceAssured is a document-preparation service that helps UK companies prepare advance assurance applications for SEIS and EIS schemes. We generate application documents in the format expected by HMRC based on information you provide.

2. What We Are Not

AdvanceAssured is not a tax advisor, accountant, or regulated financial services firm. We do not provide tax advice, investment advice, or legal advice. Our service is document preparation only. For complex cases or bespoke tax advice, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

3. Eligibility

Our service is designed for UK-incorporated companies with straightforward structures seeking SEIS or EIS advance assurance. We may decline to provide our service if we determine your case is too complex for automated document preparation.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of document generation via Stripe. You can preview your application before committing to purchase.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, contact us for a full refund. If we identify your case as too complex during the process, you will not be charged.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information about your company
  • Reviewing the generated application before submitting to HMRC
  • Submitting the application to HMRC yourself
  • Responding to any HMRC follow-up queries

7. Limitation of Liability

We prepare documents based on the information you provide. We are not liable for HMRC decisions on your application, delays in HMRC processing, or any consequences of inaccurate information provided by you. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (guides, articles, tools) is owned by Ant vs Bear Ltd. You may reference and link to our content, but may not reproduce it without permission. Generated application documents are yours to use as you see fit.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
